“Dining with the Stars” is a signature culinary event by Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe (JRE), a community of distinguished young chefs celebrated for their creativity, craftsmanship, and passion for exceptional dining.
This 11th edition marks the first time the experience comes to Diani, where we welcome four JRE chefs to Diamonds Leisure Beach & Golf Resort. Their European expertise, paired with the vibrant flavours of Kenyan coastal cuisine, will introduce a fresh and elevated chapter of gastronomy on our shores.
The sessions will run from 18th January to 13th March 2026, with immersive dining events, chef-led moments, and thoughtfully crafted menus that beautifully capture the spirit of Diani.
